Line of Credit Program
This program allows the customer to draw funds as needed with the customer paying interest-only on the amount drawn. Once the project is complete, the amount drawn turns into a term note.
Seasonal Payments
This is a perfect solution for stores in seasonal locations. For this program we would be able to structure low payments during the "slow season" and higher payments during the "busy season".
Roll-Up Program
This program allows existing IRH Capital customers to acquire additional financing from IRH Capital without a significant increase to their existing monthly payment. In fact, you may be able to add additional financing with no increase! We simply roll the new debt into your existing debt and roll back the term.
7 X $100
This program allows your company to "ease" into the payments for new equipment. The first seven payments would be $100 each followed by "regular" payments for the remainder of the term.
